A call, email or WhatsApp message is an appointment request only. An appointment is not confirmed until an authorized AMH representative provides confirmation.

Availability, consultation time, clinician assignment and service location may change. Contact AMH again if you do not receive confirmation or if your circumstances become urgent.

You may use the website for lawful personal information and communication purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, submit false or harmful information, impersonate another person or use the content in a misleading way.
